What time is check-in?
Check-in takes place at the residence reception from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
If you plan to arrive after reception hours, please let us know in advance so we can provide instructions for collecting your keys.
What time is check-out?
Apartments must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
If you plan to leave before reception opening hours, please inform us in advance so we can provide the necessary instructions.
Is the swimming pool and wellness area included?
Yes, guests have access to the heated outdoor pool, sauna, jacuzzi, hammam, and fitness room.
The pool is open every day except Saturday. Swim briefs for men and a personal towel are mandatory.
Is parking available?
Yes, one private covered parking space per apartment is included.
Additional parking spaces are available for €50 per week.
Is the residence close to the ski slopes and ski school?
Yes, the ski slopes, ski school, and childcare facilities are all located approximately 100 meters from the residence.
Is a shuttle service available?
Yes, a free shuttle service connects the villages of Lanslebourg and Lanslevillard and serves the entire Val Cenis resort.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are welcome for an additional fee of €60 per pet per week.
