As we did not receive specific instructions from French Government so far, we currently apply our usual booking and cancellation Terms and Conditions.
However, we commit to refund your next winter booking in case you cannot enjoy your stay due to governmental regulations related to Covid-19, such as lockdown, travel ban, residence shutdown/closure.

Also please mind that, in order to protect all clients against Covid-19 and based on recommendations from the government or health services, it may happen that some of our services cannot be provided such as spa, swimming pool. Please check out this aspect few days before arrival.

All staff members shall be equipped with masks, hydro alcoholic gel, cleaning cloth and Plexiglas protection shall be installed at the reception.

In each of the chalets posters placed next to the lifts shall be reminding the safety gestures to all.

In order to ensure distancing rules directional signs for access shall be placed on the floor, to ensure right distances in the lobby especially on arrival days and generally for all contacts with reception staff.

Services and on-site activities such as swimming pool, spa, playground and other services, shall be adapted according to government rules.

Contact points disinfection procedures have been added to our welcome and cleaning procedures, for both common areas and appartements.
Special attention shall be paid to the laundry with separate storage for clean and dirty laundry.
Upon departure, when leaving the apartment, the customers shall be requested to drop their laundry (towels, linen and pillowcases) in the dirty laundry containers that shall be displayed.

Holiday vouchers shall be accepted.
Contactless payment shall be preferred.
In case of use of a payment terminal, the device shall be disinfected avec each use.
